Why is my phone not reading payment cards?
The card chip must be in direct contact with the NFC reader of the device. Usually the NFC reader is located on the back of the phone near the camera (if it is a mobile phone). It is recommended that the user places the payment card to the back of the device and moves it very slowly until the payment process begins. In order for the payment card to be successfully read, all 4 LED lights located at the bottom of the screen should turn green. It is recommended to check that there is nothing on the back of the device that could block the NFC - magnet, hard cover.
