NBG Pay tom FAQs

My phone doesn't read my card.
Your card may be in the wrong place on the phone. Most phones have a chip on the back that can read credit and debit cards. Start the payment, then slowly slide the card across the back of the phone. When the system reads the card, all four icons will light up in green. Also check out our overview of the most used phones and the location of the NFC chip for reading the card.
